Richard asks…Is it ever to Late to Sue someone/claim compensation?One time, my mum was given the very wrong medicine to cure conjunctivitis. This wrong medicine not only DIDN'T cure the ailment, it caused her cornea's to burn and as a result, her right eye was totally scarred over and basically useless. Even now(15 Years later), after a Cornea transplant, she suffers excruciating pain in her eyes.
So my question is: After 15 years, is it possible for my mum to sue the person or to claim
