Your Questions About No Win No Fee Claims
Susan asks…Hi, I have recently been in accident and worried about claiming?I have rang the national accident which is based on a no win no fee claim but i am panicing because what happens if u claim for compensation and it turns out to be your fault?? As the place where it occured are saying I am to fault!! Should I claim compensation because I cannot remember what happened???admin answers:You should be OK as long as you have been completely honest throughout your dealings with the solicitor
