Your Questions About Claim For Compensation
Daniel asks…I have been stressed for 3 years by noise from council tenant, can I claim compensation ?The council said they would move me because of my neighbours but offer me properties that are below the standard of the home I already have. So it would cost me money to put right a house that they have offered to me. Can I take this to court for compensation?
