Your Questions About Claim For Compensation Accident
Ken asks…My wife was killed in S Africa in 1977 in a hit and run accident. Is there any way of claiming compensation?This is not as mercenary as it may sound. The loss of my wife had a disastrous effect on my life thereafter - I was in my mid 20's at the time. I am guessing that there is a statute of limitations that prevents action but she did die as a result of a criminal act that went unresolved.
