Carol asks…Has anyone made a successful claim for compensation from a non EU airline>?Our flight back from Montego Bay to Heathrow with Air Jamaica was cancelled as they didnt sell enough tickets. They booked us on the next flight the following day and that was then delayed for 6 hours! I have faxed the airline a detailed letter and emailed them twice. Apart from an automated response to the emails I have received no reply after 12 days.
Has anyone been successful in claiming the EU
