Your Questions About What Is Your Personal Injury Claim Worth
Paul asks…My mom in TX, & in hosp. ER tripped over a wheelchair and broke rt arm/ torn lft. shoulder. Hospital liable?She was my father's only caregiver, he has brain cancer. Right now the hosp is paying for 24 hour care until she is able to regain her independence. Does anyone know the law on what the hospital could be liable for leaving a wheelchair in a doorway unattended? There was staff nearby but were joking around not paying attention.
