Paul asks…I was in a car accident on 8/23/08. I was in my father in laws car as a passanger. He was driving. ?He turned right from the center turn lane across two lains of trafic and got hit. Now I am the one in the car that got hurt. His insurance company is saying that he only has 5k in medical coverage.
