Paul asks…Can an employer require female employees to contribute a specific sum to a retirement fund?I'm in Washington State and my employer is talking about implementing a higher contribution requirement for only female employees. I have been attempting to wade though 29 USC, Chapter 18, to find something that may talk about this but haven't had any luck. Does anyone know where I should be looking in USC or a better place to look specifically? Thank you!
