Ruth asks…I just got in an accident in CA - my insurance policy only has $15,000 per person - Transfer of medical?I have a passenger who is getting an attorney to represent her so that she can get her medical expenses covered through her OWN insurance policy because mine was limited to only $15,000 per person/$30,000 per occurance. Will I still be held personally liable for her medical expenses if it exceeds the $15,000 bodily injury limit and if she is going through her OWN policy? Am I
