Your Questions About What Is Personal Injury Protection

Betty asks…What kind of workouts should i do as a skinny guy/begginer?I'm new to working out.
I'm 5'8 and weigh around 140ish. Basically I'm ectomorph.

I am not lazy and I really want to gain weight and muscle. I just don't know how and what do to. I watched videos but most of them say different things. So what workouts should I do? Also what should I eat, I hear I have to eat about 3000-4000 calories if I even want to see me gaining any weight.
