Ruth asks…I have difficulties staying focused and concentrating, what could it be?It's been a while now, I can't pay full attention to conversations, lectures, etc without having my mind going somewhere else! I get disconnected and think of something else no matter how serious it is. I dont knw what to do? It's affected my studies the most as I cant stay focused while reading a book nor when in a lecture hall. I just find it really difficult to concentrate and not get bored.
Any advice would
