John asks…If the other driver is at fault in a auto accident, should I beat him to a pulp, destroy his car, take wallet?I was involved with a car accident 3 years ago where I was rear ended causing 5000$ in damage. The driver at fault was ticketed 90$ for speeding under hazardous conditons and whatever damage they incurred was covered by their insurance.
