Your Questions About At-fault Driver With No Insurance
Laura asks…I was hit by a person with no license and no insurance, how am I covered ?I was involve in an side-swipe, hit-and-run accident with a person with no insurance or drivers license.The driver was at fault. They tried to flee the accident but I chased them down in my damaged car. I did get a description and license plate number off the vehicle, then reported it to the police. The driver asked me not to report it to the police but, I did anyway to cover myself and for insurance reasons.
