John asks…What do I do when the at fault driver's insurance won't pay?On a recent snowy day, my wife was stopped in the road because the traffic ahead of her was stopped. Another lady's car hit her from the rear and caused $1-2K damage. At the scene, the lady said she would pay, to keep her insurance costs down. When she got the estimate, she changed her mind.
