George asks…Car hit me from a side junction I was on the straight,who is at fault?The driver said she thought she saw me indicate left, I didn’t, as that was not my route, on this basis she drove out of the junction, hit my car which was damaged on the front headlight and front wing. The police said it was a one driver fault and she has to produce her documents, I wasn’t asked to this. Does this mean she has agreed liability?
