Mary asks…2 - part insurance auto settlement question. Thank you?am in florida. I was in a car accident, head on collision back last June by a drunk driver. After 14 months of dr care and therapy, my attorney has finally sent the demand package to the insurance company. Long story short, the other driver was drunk, died on impact.
