Paul asks…My brother had his foot ran over one year and four months ago. What is the liability of the driver?My brother was with some friends at a bar late one night about a year and four months ago. He and his friends went outside to have a smoke (No smoking in the bars in Iowa). Apparently there is an alley way where they were standing (or close to it) and a person leaving ran over his foot.
