Lisa asks…Any Lawyers; has this airline breached an EU regulation?over the Christmas period I was flying from England to Northern Ireland, on the 20th December.
The flight was cancelled due to a technical fault. It was relatively late at night, so it was impossible for me to reach any of said airline's representatives. I wasn't given an overnight hotel stay, refreshments or a phone call.
I was able to go online and see there were NO flights from my airport, with any airlines until 22nd
