I am staying as a tenant in nsw. My agreement period was ended 4 months back.I continued in that unit for the same amount of rent but now my landlord increased the rent and it is too heavy to afford by me.i am in a critical situation. i wrote a letter to landlord for reduction in the rent amount but he declined my request.Can i vacate the unit by giving him a notice?will he ask
