Mark asks…Can anyone tell me how to go about getting a settlement from a Workman's Compensation claim?In the past, Human Resource personnel failed to inform me that I was due a settlement, but I heard through personal contacts, after it was too late, that I could have been paid a settlement for carpal tunnel and a ruptured spinal disc.
Anyway, that's spilled milk, but now I have incurred another injury that will require surgery, and I would like to get everything that is due to me.
