Your Questions About Compensation Letter To Employee
Chris asks…Can an employee resign during his probationary period without notice?I am currently in a probationary period(6 months) without a compensation in a small organization. I was given the offer letter which states that i need to give 1 month of notice before leaving the company. have completed 4 months as of now and have now got very good offer from an other company. My doubt is, can i resign without giving the 1 month notice as mentioned in the offer letter? are the rules stated in the
