Joseph asks…At my bankruptcy hearing i reported the auto claim and stated i used it to fix my other car, now they want it?i got into an accident on my way to file my papers. a lady ran a stop sign and hit me. they paid me for my vehicle and we used the money to fix my wifes car that was not running at the time. we reported this to the trustee at the hearing and at the end of the hearing he said he found no assets in which we had to surrender. now hes trying to take it. and our bankruptcy
