Jenny asks…Could I still tell the police and make an accident claim UK?Earlier today as I was crossing the road a car came out of a parking space saw me but carried on driving it hit me in the leg this was up to 5 miles an hour,the driver did not stop I had to call a cab to take me to casualty resulting in I am now in immense pain and have a torn cruciate ligament, can I contact the police as I do not have a reg number and do not remember the colour of the car only that it was metallic
