Can anybody tell me why my insurance company have taken 6 years of no claims bonus. I had nine years no claim bonus. I recently drove at 2mph into the back of another driver. No damage was done to either car but the driver I knocked is now claiming for whiplash. As I feel this is just a bogus claim as it would probably be unlikly to recieve whiplash at such a low impact but my insurance say they are just
