Nancy asks…***UK*** Accident Claim!!! What to do?UK ADVICE ONLY PLEASE!!!
I've just returned from TESCO after doing my night shopping! After I payed for my items I went to the Gentleman's toilets and did not notice that the floor was wet through! One of the Urinals was overflowing and there was no sign! I sliped over and landed on my side! After leaving the toilet I went to the customer service desk and made a report and filled in an Accident report form!
What I want to know is how I go
