Laura asks…Had a car accident, other person drove off, I've been injured - can I claim anything?I'm 18, and a car went in to the side of me, he was in the inside lane of a roundabout, and i was in outside, he's moved over lanes and went in to the side of me, forcing me head on in to a lamp post.
The driver stopped, looked back at me, then drove off, I didn't catch the reg in time
Police have checked for cameras in the area, but sadly there are none
I've sprained the ligament in my neck, over
