Steven asks…I had permission to drive but was not on policy and was hit by a car, can I sue?I had permission to drive my mother in law's car to the store for groceries for the house (I live in the home) but was not on the insurance policy. I was hit by a truck that ran a red light which totaled the car and cause me personal injuries, can I still sue for the totaled car and my injuries?
