Maria asks…My husband was in an accident, he was not at fault but now the other drivers insurance is saying he was...?He was on the highway driving behind a car. The driver of this car came to a complete stop to allow another car to get into the lane (who the heck stops on a highway), so to avoid hitting this car my husband quickly turned into the next lane.
