Nancy asks…Do righties realize that the health care court decision are 12-2 against them? Not 2-2 like Fox News says?Fox only covers the last 2 - who were decided by VERY conservative judges....there have been about 10 challenges by righties that have been DISMISSED / THROWN OUT because of lack of of case...which is the same as a loss....why has Fox News never covered these dismissals?
