Helen asks…In your opinion or professional advice...which driver is at fault?Driver of car (1) pulled into the right side of the center median (M) on a four lane highway and stops.Driver of car (2) pulls on the left side even with car (1) and stops.
The only direction for both cars to go is left. Driver of car (1) turns his wheel and proceeds to turn on the highway without looking and strikes the front end of car (2). Car (1) was moving at the time of the accident and car (2) was stopped.
