Donald asks…CCJ? Advice/help please?Hi, I wonder is anyone could help me please? I have had a solicitors letter basically saying I owe a 'friend' some money. I did agree to loan some of the money off her for a deposit when I moved house, but the other things on the letter I did not agree to loan. apparently she has written evidence that I owe the money, I know I sent her a few emails but cant remember exactly what was said as unfortunately this was about 3 years ago and I don't keep them.
