Your Questions About At Fault Driver Liability
Daniel asks…how much will the insurance company pay for my car if it is written off following an accident?i have a V reg Vauxhall Vectra, Silver in colour with full service history. It was MOT last week at cost of £130. it is a 1.8 LS. The car is in good condition. i was involved in an accident that was not my fault. the other driver has admitted liability and his insurance company are going to pay out etc. The car was collected today and the driver (unofficially) reckons it is a write off.
