Your Questions About At Fault Driver Liability
John asks…how do i get the other parties insurance to pay.My truck was borrowed at the time of accident&was not at fault?I lent my truck out to a close friend.My friend was driving off the freeway off ramp and stopped at the red light.Sh went when it was green and another truck T-boned my truck.I was not allowed to see my vehicle till I got it out of tow The other driver admitted fault in this accident ,but now I'm out of a truck. I've got liability but he has his insurance.How do I go
