Your Questions About At-fault Driver With No Insurance
William asks…Attorney accepted my case--other insurance wouldn't accept culpability--stated 70% my fault--lawyer withdrew!?My lawyer dropped my case as she thought it was a "lost" case--the other driver's insurance had only accepted 30% fault--70% corresponding to me (car accident happened in April 2008).
