Laura asks…How to determine fault in an accident and is fault sharable?I was making a right hand turn onto a street and the other car was going straight in the same direction. I was hit on my side and the other car spun out to the right. I was making the right hand turn on a red light and the other car was going 20 mph or more over the speed limit.
