Your Questions About At Fault Driver Liability
Charles asks…Do I file a claim with my insurance or the other persons insurance?My husband was in a fender bender earlier this evening and the other person was clearly at fault. They exchanged insurance information and everything and this is our first accident so we were wondering do we call our insurance and file a claim or do we call and file a claim with the other persons insurance? Also do I contact my local agent or do I call the claims number? There is a dent and scratches on his truck
