Your Questions About What Is Personal Injury Coverage
Chris asks…Help explaining liability insurance policy?I have a policy for $50,000 in personal liability insurance as part of my renters insurance. However below that on my proof of insurance it states: $500 medical payments to others, $250 property damage to others. I'm not sure what this means. I'm concerned it might mean that they only pay $250 per claim for property damage (i.e. to my apartment). In which case having $50,000 doesn't make much sense because that's a whole lot of $250
