Maria asks…Can my NHS employer give details of my sick leave to a future employer?I am resigning from my job with the NHS because the job was not what I thought I would be, and I feel that I have been taken advantage of. The job has left me feeling stressed and depressed as it has interfered with my personal life and I rarely see my family. As a result of this I have a poor sick record. I'm worried that my employer will give me a poor reference and give any future employee my sickness record,
