Chris asks…Do I have grounds for a civil suit?Two years ago I was injured at work. I have a worker's comp case pending, but I have recently that because I was injured due to the negligence of another employee, I might have grounds for a civil suit, or personal injury. Does anybody have any advice?admin answers:So you would be having a 2 worker's comp case pending? You should talk to your local lawyer, in some states this not allowed but with your lawyer's advice you will know what to do
