Your Questions About What Is Personal Injury Protection In Auto Insurance
Daniel asks…Medical ins says they will not pay any because auto insurance has paid.?I explained that was my supplemental med pay that paid the bill. Will medical insurance reimburse me what the auto ins or supplemental med pay paid. If I didnt pay for the supplemental policy the medical would be liable. I was told auto insurance is liable. If medical paid they would make auto pay them back. Is this correct or do they just not want to pay.admin answers:The answer will depend on what state
