Your Questions About At Fault Driver Cover
Chris asks…Will I win in a lawsuit against an at-fault under insured driver?I got in an accident 2 months ago. The other driver had a stop sign and didn't yield to me. Her insurance accepted fault and my car is a total loss. The damage exceeds their policy coverage and they only cover up to $10K. My car is estimated to have a value of $19K. My insurance only has minimum liability so they won't cover it. Can I sue the other driver to get the rest of the money? What is the chance of me winning?
