Paul asks…I was skateboarding home from drinking some alcohol and was hit by a car who's at fault?I was skateboarding home from my girlfriend's house. Now remember skateboarding takes a lot of skill if I was to drunk I wouldn't even be able to stand on a skateboard alone ride one.
