Sandra asks…Breach of contract...could we win the case and seek compensation for stress and anguish?I am selling a house via owner finance, the contract only states that the buyer is to make monthly payments until paid off and it was notarized...the buyer has now sold the house to another party but hasnt paid us in full...could we win if we sued her and wanted to reposess our home...it is a mobile home and we still have title...also, can we legally evict the person who is living there now
