Robert asks…i am considering taking a hotel to small claims court..?i stayed at an hotel and was disgraced at the 'lack' of cleaniliness, of the room we were offered. despite raising our concerns with the hotel staff nothing was done, alternative accomodation was not available elsewhere due to a very popular carnival, other hotels with in the vicinity we required were fully booked.
