Daniel asks…Is doing a lot of non-weight exercises bad for your growth?I'm thirteen year old and I do a lot of non-weight exercises three times every a week. I do: 60 push ups (in sets of 20), 60 sit ups(sets of 20), 12 pull ups(sets of 6), 80 reverse push ups ( sets of 40), and 12 chin ups(sets of 6). I have a book that i follow and I already have a 7 pack. But is this bad for my growth any advise?
