Nancy asks…I am being falsely accused of Hit&run?last tuesday I got a letter from my insurance company saying that I needed to contact them ASAP about an accident that I was involved in. So I called my insurance agent right away and told him I wasn't involved in any accident. Then he told me the name of the person that make the police report saying that I hit his car and is claiming personal injury .
