Michael asks…Is there any reason to prevent the at-fault driver to take photos of my damaged vehicle?I was in an accident yesterday and the driver that hit me was at-fault. Several witnesses saw what happened, and he was also cited for failure to yield. Initially, he even admitted not looking both ways!
