David asks…If a drunk driver hit a drunk, who is at fault?Okay, if a drunk driver is blowing at a high speed down a street and hits a drunk staggering across that street, who is at fault? The drunk who's driving, or the drunk crossing the street. Neither have the right mind or sense or ability to apparently either drive or walk. So, who is at fault?
