Richard asks…Company changes ruining work life balance?I work for an information technology company. I have been with this company for almost 10 years. When originally hired I was an hourly employee. There was occasional overtime when required for emergencies or where customers required disruptive work be done. Overtime was generally minimized, working maybe 2-4 extra hours every few weeks. The company has always provided cell-phones so that we can be reached for after hours
