Your Questions About What Is Personal Injury Insurance
Nancy asks…If I sue someone for pain and suffering and I am awarded 125,000 can this be paid through homeowner's insuran?If a person is ordered to pay this and doesn't have the cash what is done? do they make payments? do they go to jail if they can't pay it?
